Hoping somebody might have run into this and found the fix. A little history: Everything else/Headlight, brake light, taillights etc work fine. The signals worked fine for a long time, then riding one day they blinked rapidly when turn signal switch was activated, then slowly another time and then finally just stopped working. Have since relied on the 'hand signals' of old. lol However, that doesn't work for the night time... I've put a new battery, new flasher relay and bulbs all around. Took it out for a short ride yesterday turn signals were working again all of a sudden, EXCEPT for when i put on the brake.(s) They stopped flashing as soon as i did that. Anybody ran into this and know what i need to check, etc?? Thanks! I'd like to be able to ride early morning and evening as soon as the weather warms up.

It sound like maybe a loose wire or your wire isn't making the good contact. If you have a fuse box make sure all the contacts are tight.

When you pull in the brake does the flasher stop clicking or does the flasher keep clicking while the signal lights stop flashing? Also, turn on the signal and then try the horn and see if it affects anything.
