1 Question I've now have my bracket for the R/R & the diode mounted to the front of the scooter before the radiator what I would like to know is that I need to add 2 to 2½' of 16ga (wire I already have) from the stator to the R/R should the voltage & current still be close to the same and the wire I have work for the stator being the stator has cloth covering over maybe Teflon (or fireproof maybe) coated wire? #2 Questions Not for sure but I think I seen this video on the scooter professor forum about upgrade R/R for the MC-13-250 I believe the person in the video called it an O&T who would carry this or one like it with a little more amp How in the would do you post an image from photobucket?

Use 16 gauge, it'll be fine. Don't worry about wraps. These are large (kinda) lawn mower engines. They are not exotic and neither is the wiring. Use common sense and don't worry about anything off the wall. The voltage should be the same, I think 16 gauge will give you that. Don't worry about Teflon or fireproof, just keep the wires away from hazards. Jack is the co-founder of this site, a good friend of mine, and the owner of Professor. Let me PM him about the OT thing....I really don't know. Rich
