I just picked up my first scooter and want to start upgrading/replacing items on this bike. I will change all fluids, spark plug and install a Kevlar CVT BELT. What else needs replacing/upgrading and in what order. I hate buying a part only to find out I should have used a better part. This is where I am asking all of you to help me out until I gain experience with these scooters.

That's not a bad scooter Bill, you should be in pretty good shape. You might replace the valve stems if they look ratty but your electricals should be OK. The batteries can be sorry, just meter it once in a while and if you see the volts dropping check the charging volts. If they're 13.5+ then get another battery. You should be OK for a while. Rich

MISSED A WORD RICH, IF it does NOT register 13+ at around 3-4k rpms then there is a problem.

Yep....thanks. If your charging volts are good and the battery won't hold a charge then get a new no maintenance battery. Thanks big fella. Rich
