I have 2 lines both being about 5/16" ID line (that I don't remember where they go) there is a [T-for three lines] on top of the cylinder head and I don’t remember if it takes the one from canister or the other one not for sure where it's coming from at this moment if I can't figure it out I will see if I can take pictures of them and post them I did get to ride the scooter today but when it got to the operating temperature it started fluttering trying to take off like it wasn't getting enough fuel once you got took off it ran ok maybe I could have the hoses hookup wrong

Not to worry Robert, I have this engine albeit on a different scooter. You should read this over. This is how the canister shakes out:

So yes, in answer to your first picture, the purge line from the vapor canister goes to the airbox so the nasty gas fumes are used up. You must not have any open ports on the airbox or vac lines.

Yes, that hose probably goes there. It is an accumulator for oil vapors. It cannot remain open as it produces a vacuum imbalance when it is left open.:
