If this seal breaks on the master cylinder will it cause it to do anything bad? The question is should I replace this? 1drv.ms/13z98lF there is a picutre of what i'm talking about.

No panic but it should be repaired/ replaced as soon as you can,,,, that is a dust/ debris seal,,,, it will be ok without it for a short time,,, bit it should be attended to quickly

I think it's been broke for like 4 months because I've been having my front brake lock up when its wet or wobble when I hit the front brake. I was thinking about buying this one because of free shipping www.partsforscooters.com/159-55_Right_Master_Cylinder_Assy?ext=F

Yes by all means buy a new one,, this is one thing that's great about Chinese scoots parts are very reasonable ,, if you have trouble bleeding out the system give a shout,, and watch that brake fluid on all painted surfaces it is vicious stuff and will ruin paint in a flash

Tell me about it. Stuff eats up the edges of the paint by the master cylinder
