I am having a lot of difficulty finding a new set of front fork bearings for my 2007 Jonway YY250T scooter. I have ordered from two different sites and gotten the wrong set of bearings both times. I have ordered a lot of parts for my scooter in the past and had very little difficulty. But it seems that this is not the case when it comes to the fork bearings. Can anyone provide me with a part number or specifications or for that matter a site from which to order from. Please help

OK I tried every link to every site listed above and found many parts for my scooter and I found fork bearing sets for the 50cc and 150cc Jonway scooters on these and many other sites. I have tried both of those bearing sets and they are not the correct size for my scooter. I cannot (still) find anything for the 250cc scooter which I have. I took a magnifying glass to the bearings and if they were ever marked with any sort of part number it has long since worn off as I could see nothing that could identify them. I just find it hard to believe that I can find just about any other part for my scooter but not the fork bearings. I have seen the triple tree fork for my scooter many times but it does not come with the bearings or I would just order the whole dang thing. Anyone have the yy250t scooter and had to order front fork bearings. I found them to be un-greased when I took it apart so they should be wearing out regularly on these scooters if they come from the manufacturer that way. Which is why I am so amazed that I am having such hard time finding the replacement kit for them. Please help!

No that is not them.. Both my bearings are the same type with the ball bearings like the one at the bottom of the picture. I got an e-mail back from the people at scrappydogscooters who said that they have the set I am looking for.. www.scrappydogscooters.com/Star_style_chassis_parts.htmlI am not entirely sure that these are the right ones ( the site does not give any measurements for me to compare with my old parts--- but they were only $15 so I ordered a set anyway-- .. I will keep my fingers crossed and let you know when they arrive (I have gotten the wrong set twice already)...

the manufacturer probably had some failures with the double ball setup and changed to rollers for the bottom bearing i would wager a guess

OK.. I received the wrong ones again. Even though I was assured that they were the correct ones (again). I have since taken measurements (Both Inside and Outside diameters) of all my parts in the steering stem bearing assembly. If anyone can help me to find the correct Kit that I need to replace my damaged one please help me. I would greatly appreciate it and you would be my new hero. In the Photos I have but one measurement for the bearings themselves because they were so damaged. memrx69, cyborg, Alleyoop

Yes after a couple of wrong sized buys I would call them first to confirm they are indeed the correct ones,,, and if they are an extra set on the side wouldn't be a bad idea,,all depends on how long you intend to keep the scoot
