The schematic shows four fuses but doesn't show the location. There has to be a fuse box somewhere! Can anybody help?

Here see this fuse box it is in the glove box, so open the glove box and look in there the fuse box is usually all the way in the back. Alleyoop

Miss read what you are asking for (HAHA). But if you take pictures of the carb area also WHAT MOTOR is in there that will help in pointing out where Vacuum hoses go. There are not to many things that need Vacuum so if you take take some pictures of the CARB area and any CANISTERS and or VALVES that you see those are the things that would need vacuum. Here are the 4 MAJOR things that require Vacuum to operate the Valve controlling the system. 0. The ACV valve on the carb requires Vacuum. 1. If your scoot has a EVAP system(fuel tank vent and fumes trapper). 2. If your scoot has a EGR system (Exhaust Gases Recirculator) 3. If your scoot has a PAIR system (Sucks Fresh air into the Exhaust Side of the Valve) Alleyoop Here this may help with iding the hoses you need and or disconnected. scooterdoc.proboards.com/thread/9153/emissions-on-scoots
