About an hour ago I saw someone riding down the street on a bicycle fitted with a bolt-on 49cc two stroke engine towing one of those small covered trailers you put small children/infants in. I wasn't close enough to see if they had a child in there or not but I REALLY hope they didn't.
I could understand using one of those to carry cargo or groceries but never a child when it is attached to something with an engine.

I can see anyone stupid enough to have a kid in it but if they did you need to look in and get locked up for a while. Hey nothing surprises me anymore look how many kids died of heat in back seat. TO lazy to take kid in with them maybe they should have ever had any. If a cop sees it he should pull he over and make him walk home and take kid to police station.

My two passenger model flipped over with 40lbs in it at 14mph and damaged the canvas and tubing. It's now a cargo trailer and doesn't haul kids.  |
