If the sound wasn't there before you adjusted the valves, it's not likely a bearing.

i hope not it only has 1400 miles the sound only happened right after adjust before she would purrr but would have trouble staying on and i found that the adjustment was super tight the rocker would not even move a little on tdc will post a video of sound after i adjust again

I really hope elcamino's post is what you got going on. With only 1400 mile on it it's probably a valve adjustment.

Follow the prior instructions on the valve adjustment do some research on the gy6 settings either 3,4/000. Keep us Posted.

hows it sound now? .004 in .003 out  tried .004 on both and it was loud on tick not clanky but it was to loud. Is this to tight? it doesn't turn off turns right on. thanks again you all!

see, it wasn't hard and you didnt act like a bonehead on it.
