So, I'm new to this site and to riding in general. The only time I've ever been on the back of a bike was as a passenger on a Harley. Fell in love with them but they are too big for me to handle alone. Over the years, I've driven everything including 18-wheelers. But I've never piloted a motorcycle, moped, scooter, or trike. Literally, I'm a newbie. How do I operate this: www.joyridemotors.com/city/trikes/joy-ride-stealth-300cc-trike-for-sale.html I have no idea if it will include an owner's manual with operating instructions or not. When I've tried finding operating instructions to help me with learning how to ride so I can take the permit test at my local driver's license office, etc, I've found nothing online about it. And there's nobody around me to teach me what I need to know to learn how to ride without spending a fortune. I'm on an extreme limited budget. So, the idea of saving money on gas and insurance appeals to me. Especially in the warmer months when gas prices are higher. Gas in my area has gone up over 50 cents since January alone. My plan is to add an extra trunk in the space above the rear fender, just below the main trunk. So, I'll be able to get my groceries cheaper than taking my pickup truck to the local store. A trike would be ideal for me with my small frame. I am only 5'3" tall and weigh around 110. I'm 53 years old with injuries from being beat up a few years ago. No crime committed by me, only by the two bullies with badges that assaulted me. Yes, it happens. So, how do I operate this machine once I've got it?

I went to the link and it said it's outdated. As for your question. A scooter or any two wheeled conveyance is not really an economical way to go, especially if that trike is Chinese. Things like tires and other maintenance needs will start to cost you over the long run. Riding a scooter is not that hard. You twist the throttle and it goes. You pull on a hand brake and it stops.

Thanks. This is what it looks like. Hope this works for adding an image. I can't see it in the preview.

Save your money and get a Taiwanese scooter ,,,good used ones can be had on Craigslist ,,they are the most trouble free ,,,so in general KZ is correct,,,I would not recommend a Chinese branded scooter ,,I have $40,000 in snap on tools and I don't have one,,too much to maintain
