A few days ago my battery was stolen out of my scooter. I was able to kick-start it and notice that my dash lights we're a lot brighter than usual headlights were working not 100% sure if the brake lights or blinkers were working but I assumed they were. Also the fuel gauge was working fine and the speedometer was working fine. The next morning I still hadn't installed a new battery but when kick-started the bike there were no dash lights and no blinkers and no brake lights. The headlight was still working. The next day when I kick started it there was no headlights low or high beam. The fuel gauge was eratic when throttled, and not moving when stopped. I feel this was a grounding issue to begin with because the lights on the dash were so bright. I've installed a new battery and I've taken it to a mechanic and he's just informed me that he has no idea what is wrong all the lights had blown out the fuse was replaced. And I have no idea because I suck at crafts and mechanics. If anyone has any ideas please help.

I'm surprised it started,,,but at any case I'd say with the fuse and bulbs blown the regulator is not doing its job by getting rid of excess voltage ,,min very confident in saying the regulator is the problem
