When I fist bought this scooter from my mom via the internet it has been nothing but a problem, anyways the issue now is the head and tail lights quit working along with the horn, The horn works when hooked directly to the battery, then I was thinking it may be the headlight switch assembly, but yet the turnsignals still work and so does that pass button it will flash the headlight and tailight, checked the fuses all are good, unplugged and plugged them back in, noting changed, anyone have an ideas or have a wiring diagram before my mom tries to comlelety dissasemble the whole bike and ruins it

If you go to the tech library just a little ways down the site and click on the 250 section you should see your scooter's wiring diagram among others under "electrical". Rich

While you're checking the wiring diagrams you might also want to check the fuses which are next to the battery. They should be replaced with American fuses which are much more reliable. The wires coming into the bottom of the fuses are not well crimped and sometimes push or fall out, so check there also.
