The Clutch pad springs NOT the Contra Spring which works the Clutch Pulley. I would get the 1000 rated springs for it.

I searched and found 800's but hard to find 1000's would you know where i could get them?

800s are good those are the OEM springs. Where did you find them and I can also help to see if I can find the 1000 rated ones.
But I need to know what criteria you used to find the 800 to match your clutch.

I think at scooterparts4less? I just searched "clutch pad springs for 250cc atv/scooter" I have a mc-54-250b roketa scooter.

would that be the 1000 rpm's springs?

Alley's link is for the CN250 (Honda) engine. I don't think they will fit the 257cc type engine.
