Yeah, your right , all his kids could be riding there own China scoot for the cost of that Vespa, People are so uneducated... I guess it's just wrong to teach kids while they are young. I can only assume that young lady will never take a risk on her own....... igroance is bliss. Judging others is another matter..... I agree bong, What would happen if you let your child ride a bicycle & she falls to skin her knee. She would learn how not to fall. Family children services comes after you for child endangerment. The video was sped up about 3x or 4x normal, so essentially, he was scooting along very slowly. The child was in little danger.
