Greetings!
Alright, so around the new year I got a new scooter. A 150CC Kinroad for 850$ with only 4 miles on it. When I went to the guys house to pick it up, he turned it on and showed me everything.
This scooter has emergency blinkers on it, and I noticed, after I took it home that only 3 out of 4 blinkers were working. That is no biggie to me. So one night I go to ride my scooter to the store and notice my dash and headlights were not coming on, but ALL my blinkers were on?
I'm not too mechanically inclined, so I am not too sure what to do. Try to find the cord to disconnect the emergency blinkers or what?

There is a button or switch to turn them on and off. Alleyoop

If you're talking about the blinkers, it doesn't matter if they are on or off my headlights still won't come on.

Some have a headlight switch to turn them on or off on the right side handlebar. Or does yours come on automatically once the key is turned on? Alleyoop

Ahh. I have one of those, too. But usually my headlights come on once I start it up, and I can use the switch to turn it from high to low or low to high.

Well give the switch a try and see if they come on low and or high. If in the middle they are probably completely off. Alleyoop

That's what I've been doing and they haven't been coming on at all. It's been this way for a few weeks.

Well you are going to have to check the wires going to the switch and follow down and see if maybe they got unplugged. Many times the wires are around the fork and when you turn it pulls on the wires and unplugs them. Alleyoop

Yep, the front cowl that goes around your headlights to get at the wiring behind it. Alleyoop

Find your Regulator/Rectifier and check that everything is plugged in good, also check the wires coming out of the STATOR, here is a picture of how yours may be wired. Notice the wire for the headlights. Alleyoop
