Why thank you JR, so did 475 other people who kept up on the debate. It's debates like that which make this forum so popular. Nothing like it in dead forums like Scooterprofessor, It's in the Ride or, no offense Doug, Scooterrebels.

As a matter of fact we're so popular the Admin of The Scooter Professor spends a lot of time reading the threads here to re-post as topics to prop up his sleepy little forum.

You're right, I guess what gets to me about this company is that I thought the days of unscrupulous scooter dealers was over. I guess a new wrinkle has developed. Caveat Emptor.

If you read the section on kickstarters they tell you great things :

For those of you who are still thinking of an order I just looked it up and it was as I thought:

You can open a dispute in the Resolution Center within 45 calendar days of payment. By opening a dispute, you are able to communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.

It's pretty easy. Just click on the RESOLUTION CENTER tab when you login.

What is that site saying of the time of payment till shipping? Any way no matter the 45 days for dispute will have ran out before they even ship much less the scooter could arrive in the usa. You might just as well send some money to nigieria addressed to who it may concern! There isn't a way in the world paypal will ever do any thing at all, they have time limits.
