OK, at that ratio you're pulling the same gearing as a Rebel. You need to hang a GPS on the thing and see what's up. Or a bicycle speedometer if you don't have GPS. What's the redline on the tachometer anyway?

My redline starts at 8500 also I use my speedometer and my eyes to measure speed and when I'm riding in a 35mph zone cars seem to just pass me like if I was going so slow like really slow but engine is aleady at 5th gear and throttle wide open can catch up to a car. Should I make a video of me driving and show you what I mean?

Sounds like clutch to me though.

If it picks up speed and revs slowly in fifth gear I have a hard time believing clutch trouble. It should slip with every shift if it's burned.

Well something funny just happened when I was riding. I was riding like I always do and suddenly when in 2nd gear engine would jump to neutral on itself and from 3rd to 2nd I couldnt even jump to neutral because it woulnt hit neutral just 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 1st and neutral would jump off O.o!? bad clutch? bad oil? bad transmission? Or bad motorcycle all together?
I also have been trying to adjust my carb and cant get it right fuel screw is already 3 1/2 turns out and I still when reaching high rpms engine wants to die like if it was starving for fuel at high rpms and when I turn throttle back a little it smooths out I tried adjusting it but if I turn it out more it will pop out. I changed my air filter box when I first go it and added a cone like filter. Do I need a bigger jet? My carb is a stock PZ30 with handchoke I think its a Mikuni it says K F japan on its side

If you back off the throttle and it settles down it is to RICH, turn the fuel ratio screw clockwise try 1/4 turns at a time to lean it out a little don't go overboard otherwise you will be go the opposite LEAN 1/4 turns at a time and try it. The jumping out of gear I will say it again for the last time your clutch it is not holding and it is your major problem. But I am tired of fighting bad advice so I am done with helping on this thread and Alleyoop

Alley I am listening to your advice but because I have some other stuff to pay I need to be atleast 98percent sure its the clutch which I am considering on replaceing front sprocket and clutch plates and see what happens, buying some plates is not a problem in money however buying an impact wrench might be a little troublesome

Here is some how-to determine what the motor needs. scooterdoc.proboards.com/thread/267/carb-test-lean-richI have to ask why are you changing the front sprocket? You should be concerned with getting the bike to run like it should running 50+ with what it came with. Once you do that then you can play around with changing sprockets for more top end speed if the top end speed is still not enough for the area you travel. Alleyoop I have written up a lot of HOW-TO's threads in the TIPS and TRICKS section as well as in the TECH SECTION to help with just about whatever problem a scoot may be having. Also some in the MEMORABLE section that Rich our Chief moved there. My fingers were getting tire of typing the same things over and over again responding to folks with different problems.

Jumping out of gear is bad shifter dogs (the engagement tabs On the sides of gears) or shifter forks that are worn or a limp shift return spring. It just seems to me that something is not right here. You're saying the bike goes from gagging and lugging at 25 mph to over revving at 40mph. That so doesn't fly with me. As gears get further along they should have a much broader range. My 50cc bike will run from 25 mph to 55 easily in top gear on a flat road. Most larger motorcycles will run from 40 to over 100 in top gear. The bike in third place is your engine when it's running right. Does it sound anywhere near like that?
Here, this is better.

in second video mine sounds near like that just instead it ask for an upshift sooner and sounds more like having the engine in a 1st gear and at high throttle

What do you mean "asks for an upshift". Does yours rev quiker? He is casually shifting. What I want to know is does it sound like that, does it sound that way when you shift or start to rev without picking up speed?
