OK first pic is facing front of scooter and the bend in support bar, It was at one time blocking more of the hose going to the enricher , That's why I'm thinking that the intake is cracked? i.imgur.com/V2Ub6N5.jpgSecond one is showing the miss mismatched fuel pump they sold me, because I thought the first one was bad. i.imgur.com/5d5BDpn.jpgThe third one is the original fuel pump. i.imgur.com/Szcgtqx.jpgDo these pumps go bed that quick? , Can I get an electric pump?

Here's the vac line video with ALL my mess ups, As you can see, there is not much in it. But you can see it ripple a bit. 3rd video.
Didn't think it sounded right at first, then I remembered to put the spark plug BACK in. And this is the top vac line, I did notice about the same or less in the bottom one. (on the less side)

Just so there's no confusion, I was suggesting the gravity feed just as an experiment to see if the pump is the problem. Yep, Yep. but now I don't even think the first one was bad. have to fig out how to do the gravity one with what I have. Suppose I could go buy cheap brake line spice or maybe something like that.

Someone else suggested a gravity feed too, More rigging :-). About the vac line , I personally don't think it's coming from the pump, the bottom of the arrow is lower then the top and I don't see any gas collecting there, just the first inch or so from the inlet pipe and both sides had a little gas but now just the top. Will try and make a video of it. Could the inlet pipe be cracked? , it does look it was hit by something, or rather the bar looks like was hit by something.

@ Alleyoop "That is carbon fouled sooty like a chimney if it was oil it would be wet black and oily, Your way to rich. "
So turn after 2 1/2 turns out, go back in 1/2 turn ? Also should it stay running without setting the idle screw ? As it is I have give it gas to get it to start, Tell me the video you want and I will make it.

Really no color, So if it's passing oil it's not much? gas smell yeah kind of,gas-see smell to it. Before it stopped running if I stopped after awhile of running I would this intense gas smell, Like it was leaking gas. That's why decided to change the gas and vac lines. I ran into a buddy today that's a mechanic not like me Lol, He said to turn the A/F screw in all the ways and turn it out 1 see if it starts and if it doesn't keep going out in 1/4 turns until it does. Just looked at the compression test tutorial DAMN IT now I want that PIC. I think I have a tester around here somewhere will check and if I don't will the tutorial to make it.

Also before I adjust air/fuel how long do I let warm up, or Can I just adjust it 2 1/2 turns out? then start it. Also all vac line have been changed to helix lines, the only one I didn't change was the one coming from the gas tank to the fuel pump. Edit, after adjusting 2 1/2 out still will not stay running, now I this may sound stupid but by 2 1/2 out you mean, (and I painted the top of the blade red the opposite side black) 1 revolution would be red back at top correct? or would it be black on top. I'm going to work don't know when I am getting out, as soon as I get out I will check back here.
Again thanks for all the help, If I could buy you guys a beer I would.

2nd video. @ about 40 seconds you can see gas in the vac line, the one going to the pair system. The one I blocked off. This is BEFORE I changed the carburetor and blocked the pair off.

Yes, the line with the screw and the filter had gas in it, Not a lot but it would start building up than stall out And I knew it was a fuel pump, but I have heard it being called both. Yes clear line TO carb no problem with fuel flow, line full of gas. i.imgur.com/eSdLhnB.jpg
