4 thousandths on the valves,,,I'd think you'll need to test the auto choke and I'd go thru the carb to make sure it's clean

Pull the diaphragm cap,, check to see if the diaphragm has a crack in one of the pleats or a hole,,, also see if the slide works easily in its track,,,

Introduce some fuel into carb if it pops then you know you have a fuel delivery problem,, if it does pop then carbs probably gummed up and needs to be removed and thoroughly cleaned
