My bike was definitely running lean. Have now re-jetted the carb and it's running much better. Only problem is the weather here at the moment is crap, so I can't take it a good run. Thankfully the carb is nice and easy to remove.
Thanks again for chipping in everyone. Will get some pictures up when we actually get some dry weather.
