Reason I asked if you let go of the throttle is because I noticed the idle dropped down slow which indicates a LEAN CONDITION, give it more fuel by turning the FUEL RATIO MIXTURE screw 1/4 turn COUNTER CLOCKWISE and try it AFTER EVERY 1/4 TURN. If RPMS HANG they are running LEAN IF they come down to IDLE and keep on dropping and then rise and or drop and die it is RICH. A properly set mixture is if you BLIP the throttle the rpms should rise quickly and drop quickly. LIKE VROOM VROOM, not VROOOOOOM, VROOOOOOM Alleyoop

Makes sense, I will give that a shot. Would that affect my top speed as well?
Worst case scenario: Would blown rings cause the top speed to drop as well? Is there a way to tell if they are bad without taking it apart, or do I have to just start take the time and do it?

I believe your carb is of bolts. From your video it sounded good but the tire was spinning at idle shouldn't do that. Sorry about the hose snap sounds like you had a walking cartoon day a little. You said you just put a new belt in your cvt so I would rule that out. Take alleys advice and mess with the carb some. Sorry you are having problems bolts.

Blown rings you would be burning oil, Sounds good really just a little carb tuning is all and if adjusted right you will see some better performance. Right now From what I saw it is a little lean needs a little more fuel if it is slow to come down to IDLE. That is why I asked if you let go of the throttle or where idling it down with your hand.
