Well after I cleaned the carb, it was idling alot higher, so I have to adjust the idle air screw to lower it down.

As for the air/fuel mixture screw, it is on the passenger side next to a copper plug and is a flat head screw, when changing it to almost a full turn it doesn't do anything, really odd.

It just boggs down when taking off from a stop, last week before I cleaned the carb it even stalled out a few times (before it would drop rpms to almost nothing but not stall out).

This scooter has been abused, it needs a lot of work, but I just need to make it last me for another month, going to get a dual sport. And this scooter is my only way around & to get to work and back.

See the Fuel ratio screw, turn that in clockwise until it stops do not force it just until it stops then turn it out 2 1/2 turns and see if things are better. NOW if turning that screw in both directions DOES NOTHING then the pilot jet or its passage or the tiny Pilot Jet fuel outlets by the butterfly are clogged.

Yup, thats the screw I was using. I looked at some pictures and videos before doing the cleaning, so I had a pretty good idea of what everything was.

I will say I cleaned, or at least sprayed carb cleaner in all the passage ways, but I will go ahead with and screw it in all the way then back it out 2 1/2 turns to see if that fixes the issue.

It runs betters when cold, and doesn't bogg down as much now. So it does appear that it is now an air/fuel mixture problem.

Reason it runs better when cold is because the ENRICHER is feeding it extra fuel, then after about 5 minutes the Enricher cuts off the extra fuel and then it is working strictly off the Pilot Jet and Main jet at higher speeds.
