Check the brake reservoir window it may be low on brake fluid if so take the cover off and fill it so it looks like there is a little bubble on the top of the window. Then SLOWLY SQUEEZE THE BRAKE to get air out of it. It will shot up some so DO IT SLOWLY otherwise it will squirt all over the place and as you do this you will start to notice pressure coming back.

Alley , I tried the process you told me about on bleeding the master cylinder but didnt do any good, whats next replace the cylinder?
