Here's an even better one. The other day I took the Wife's Rebel into Town to fetch groceries. It's faster and more nimble than the scooters plus the saddle bags are very handy. I put a twelve pack in the left bag and all the other groceries in the right. It's not as handy as Rocket, but way quicker. When I was in Town I ran through the car show on the Main street. You know you're old when you see a car you owned displayed as a Classic and realize it was made over 50 years ago. A 1963 Ford Fairlane. Mine was black with the big six and a column shifter. It was the stripper model with little chrome. The Rebel is an easy way to get in and out in a hurry and it lets me practice my shifting in case I decide to get another bike.
