Are you trying to remove the gender symbol in your profile? Yes. Sort of. Mostly it's just my curiosity with a little self defense involved. Click on
Profile > Edit Profile > Privacy
Scroll down page and look at
Gender Visibility
Click the No button
Click on Save Privacy Settings
Done.

There I've done it again. Just done the exact steps and you see it's gone from my mini profile area. YOU must hit the button at the bottom of the page
Save Privacy Settings after you check NO in the Gender Visibility box.
or it will not be changed/saved.
