Yep to rich loosing power Should I drop the pilot jet too (32) or just the needle (middle notch) and main (91)? I have to turn out the mix screw a lot. It looses RPM's when I put the mix screw where I think it should be at 2.5 turns out... Best spot I found for mix screw is about 1 turn from where it stops counter clockwise...

Yep Pilot to big as well as main jet. I found an 81 main jet. I messed with the needle and found the middle to be the best spot. Mid and high range pulls hard and it goes fast! I am still rich on the bottom though and cant find a jet smaller than 32 locally. What size do you think I should order?

Great! Good job now just the bottom end a little to fat so get a 30 pilot. Raising or lowering the needle will not help for the low end the needle comes on around 15-20mph. Alleyoop

So, I was having problems with the enricher making the scooter too rich (imagine that) to run. I took my old Enricher and broke the needle off. I kept the spring and the brass cylinder with the needle through it. I then cut the cord off of the enricher that I broke the needle off of. I found a round piece of metal that fits in the hole of the carb were the enricher goes. I then cut the spring in half so It would keep the needle pressed in all the way, but not be too long. I placed the metal circle over it and into the hole. I then just screwed down the enricher over it to keep the metal inside which is holding the needle all the way in! She idles and starts now...
I took it for a test drive and right as I was about to turn on my street it died!?!? I was able to start it, but it wouldn't idle. Pull out the seat and guess what. The Fuel Mix screw fell out. So I pulled one out of my old carb and used the spring as well. It was still loose so I applied 5-6 rounds of Teflon tape to the threads. Now the Fuel Mixture screw is way more sensitive than it was before. I'm guessing it didn't have the spring in it and the threads are a little larger than the screw. Long story short she idles great and the entire throttle range is perfect!!!
Thanks again for all of your help.
