I love this scooter, however, I went to crank it up for Spring and it is making a ticking noise and won't crank. any ideas what it could be?

Ok, when you say ticking noise and will not crank are you saying when you squeeze the Breaks and push the start button it makes a CLICKING SOUND and nothing happens?
If so, first thing is CHARGE UP YOUR BATTERY then try again.

That's where I would start,,,,depending on where you live and where you stored the scoot you may have some freeze damage to the battery

understandable I am grasping at straws for input I have seen a couple of youtube videos from people who love them and some who marvel at how barely built they are
