"wiggle my index finger"?? The way you say that makes it sound so.... dirty.

There is one hand sign not on the poster for some reason, but it gets used fairly often.

Hand up in the air, pinky and index finger extended (horns sign), palm facing forward, and move it left to right, right to left twice.
It means to ride staggered.  Some people use the thumb and pinky instead.
