Come on BRO!! You have ears,POP SOUNDS are not hesitation, same with BRAT,BACKFIREs and BOGGGGGG sounds. What you need to do is order some jets or you will have problems. I already told you what jets to get to have it run right with the changes you made. 2 up from what is in there if you add a free flow filter 2 more up if you add a free flow muffler the most you can go with THOSE TWO CHANGES is 115 on the main jet and no bigger than a #35 on the pilot jet. This is for a 24mm carb which comes with a 150cc motor.

It's been hard to be patient lol. But finally jets are here . putting them in on lunch. I feel I messed up the main air mixture screw. What would be a good starting point ? Closed to tight then 2 turns out ? Fullturns or true half turns

Thanks. Are those full turns. Obviously using straight screw driver so if it starts like _ a full turn would be back to _ once or twice . or am I over thinking this. I grew up on rc nitro and 1 1\2 turns would means really 3 turns. God I'm sounding dumb :/

Color ONE edge of screwdriver that goes into the screw slot. Then turn it 1 full turn so that the colored mark is now in the same position when you started (THAT IS A FULL TURN).

Yep here see the red mark on the screwdriver that way when you turn the screw you know where the Red was when you started so you now can estimate 1/4, 1/2 and full turns of the screw. Alleyoop  |

Want to report back. Went from a 32 pilot to a 35 and 0-20 is very good . tried @ 110 and it didn't like high speed :/ popped in a 115 and it purrs . now just getting the air mixture perfect buts its very close. Still need to break this thing in but happy the way its driving now ! Thanks every one !
