Yea guess its a lost cause. Cuz im getting spark but when I spray a lil carb cleaner into the air intake on the carb I get nothing no pop or boom...nothing. I put the right rings back on it did a valve check and I just turn and turn nothing

Well it is not firing not even once. What number is the plug in this thing and what is the gap. Are you sure it is firing? Take a video of you holding it to the motor so we can see it firing. It should at least popped a few times when you sprayed starter fluid in the intake.
Also take a picture of the other side of the carb.
I looked at your previous Video and I noticed that the tank is ABOVE the carb and I noticed that FUEL HOSE from the tank to the PECTOCK goes down then UP to the PETCOCK and then back down to the CARB.
SO PROVE ME WRONG and take the FUEL HOSE OFF the carb and put it in a CUP and CRANK IT I do not think your getting fuel to the CARB.
You have a GRAVITY FED SYSTEM which MEANS you need to have the FUEL HOSE FROM THE TANK GOING TO THE CARB IN A DOWNWARD setup NO UPS AND DOWNS A nice straight shot down from the tank to the carb is what you want. Alleyoop

Any ideas on what I need to do would rock. Cuz we are lost.and I did check the peacock.its working.and the line from it to the carb is straight down. But the line from the tank to petcock isn't. That couldn't be the problem could it?

Its an ngk 7qhsa or whatever capped at 32 good spark but I dont think gas is getting to it cuz it smells like dead gas im told. But even so there's no pop or anything when we use staring fluids. And barely any suction when I put my hand over carbs intake unless im pulling the throttle...is that normal. Im pretty sure my timing is good and my valves are set to .004. I put stator on just like the old one came off. I have a new cdi Orange box I put the new rings that came with the kit back on and got a little more pressure doin the finger test. Haven't got to do the oil finger test yet. But I set them the ring at 10 and 2 slid it into jug put at the dc then put the head on and then lined my cam up to how you see in vid......what am I doing wrong guys. This is killing me Alleyoop czmdiver

To check IF FUEL IS GETTING TO THE CARB-- TAKE THE FUEL HOSE OFF THE CARB put it in a cup and crank it over, FUEL SHOULD STREAM OUT into the cup.
LET ME ALSO ASK when you where lineing up the cam in the VIDEO do you feel it is harder to turn past that point YOU SHOULD FEEL the COMPRESSION.
I ALSO NOTICED that the FUEL RATIO MIXTURE SCREW IS WAY OUT it is sticking out from the casting on the carb.
That screw should be out only about 2 to 2 1/2 turns out from the CLOSED position.
So I don't think your carb is getting fuel. Turn that screw CLOCKWISE until it stops do not force it just until it stops then turn it COUNTER CLOCKWISE 2 1/2 turns and that should be more than enough for the motor. BUT CHECK IF GAS IS REACHING THE CARB FIRST. Alleyoop

Yea bro I've had the ad all the way in then one and a half turns out then two and from there I did half turns til it was were u saw it. And last night I pulled the line and cranked a few times gasshootsbout in spurts. And when I line up the cam at that point like right before it gets to the mark its hard then when the holes line up its easy kinda like free turning a little bit then it catches again and is hard again. Could I be 180 out? Like the timing be off?

Ok, so gas is reaching the carb and you have some compression if it gets a little harder when lining up the cam that would be VALVES CLOSED and PISTON COMING UP to TOP DEAD CENTER(TDC) when the plug fires and the explosion occurs. Then past that the piston is on it way down again and should be very easy then easy again coming back up with the exhaust valve open to let out the exhaust from the explosion, then back down again with the INTAKE OPEN to suck in air and fuel again then coming back up should be little harder again.
Ok, you see the IDLE SPEED SCREW the one with the SPRING under it on by the Throttle control wheel Give that 1/4 clockwise turn. It could be the BUTTERFLY is completely closed and no fuel is being sucked out.
ALSO you say the spark is shooting out about 1/2 inch?? Is the spark jumping by the .32 GAP or is it sparking from the SIDE OF THE PLUG?

Ok, just to VERIFY on the COIL you have TWO WIRES that plug into the COIL. What are the COLORS of the WIRES going to it AND VERY IMPORTANT ON THE GREEN TERMINAL OF THE COIL which wire is plugged into that connector? Alleyoop

Im not at it atm im at work but I'd like to say green and a black n yellow or black n some color. And I think its from the side of the plug but when I hold it gap to motor I get a nice clean bluish color
