Hi,



I have a 2007 Piaggio Fly 150.



Unfortunately, it needs a new motor. I found a 2009 motor on Ebay for sale for $450 (seems like a decent deal).



What I need to know is whether the 2009 Piaggio Fly 150 LX150 ET4 ET2 Complete Engine Motor is compatible with my 2007 Piaggio Fly 150 or not?



Can anyone here verify this for me? I can't find the information anywhere else.

If you could take some pictures of it left side and right side. Also get the motor number off the old motor, important things to make sure it would go on would be the motor mounts measure across and front to back to make sure the motor mounts will line up with the frame mounts. Supposedly the motor is the same as in the VESPAs.
Another thing to look at is the wiring from the STATOR to match the 2007 wiring .

How about a link to the motor on ebay so we can check it out.

The fly mill is a three valve the et's and lx's are two valver engines,,,let me look up some prints to see if length and mounting points are the same
