  These are under the choke right next to the hose that supplies gas to the carb.What goes here ? |

Those used to be for getting hot radiator fluid to the ENRICHER area to warm up the gas for better flow for COLD STARTS. But those are not used anymore and do not work as intended anyway SO nothing goes on them.

Ok I put hoses just like in diagram (pic) but still wont stay on.

OK, take some pictures of the top and hoses NOT SO CLOSE so I can see more of the area and where the hoses are going to.
Can you keep it running with a little bit of THROTTLE?
When it starts is the IDLE LOW OR HIGH? It could be the IDLE IS SET to low. When started cold the idle should be at least around 2000 rpms. Does the scooter have a tachometer ?
