Icebear mpv 50 front wheel rubbing when brake applied. Has anybody else seen this problem?

To me that would mean the wheel itself is loose if many miles maybe the bearing is shot. Lift the front wheel off the ground and see if you can rock the wheel.

Several things can cause this condition,, a big one is fork tubes loose in their clamps,, allowing the tubes ( legs) to twist,,, also check the axel nut it's probably loose as well

Haven't had chance to follow up with either of you guys ideas. Bearings are good. Not had time to check shock mounts yet. Thx for ideas.
