Ok you have mess of vacuum hoses and you have not shown me a CANISTER of anytype just that little round fuel vent holder with a hose coming from the top of the gas tank. And you do have a PAIR system that is that CHROME pipe going into a valve built into the valve cover.yin
Also your air box is sucking in extra air and the tubing is cracked right where it enters the air box.
So you have a mess on your hands. ARE YOU READY TO CLEAN UP THE MESS?? Alleyoop

Ok, First you need to fix the cracked Air Tube going to the air box. ALSO THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY HOSES CONNECTED TO THE AIRBOX AND THE CONNECTORS ALL SHOULD BE PLUGGED. THE AIR BOX SHOULD ONLY GET AIR FROM THE AIR BOX INLET NO WHERE ELSE. Then the EVAP gas tank vent hose just take if off that little round canister and take the hose and zip tie it on the frame some place little higher than the gas tank if you can leave it open it has to vent. Next is a little more involved, I need to know where the VACUUM HOSES and that bigger hose go and what they are connected to. MAYBE YOU CAN DRAW A DIAGRAM of the hoses and where they go. I numbered them 1 2 and 3 What we will wind up with is a VACUUM hose going to the SIDE of the CARB(ACV VALVE)on the throttle cable side and ONE hose going to the FUEL PETCOCK and the VALVE COVER BIGGER HOSE zip tied little higher than the valve cover. We will leave the PAIR system for now on. You can take that off some other time if you want, but that PAIR system goes to a VALVE OR CANISTER which SHOULD HAVE A VACUUM HOSE ON IT.

Your killing me man, you have to FOLLOW THE HOSES AND SEE WHERE THEY CONNECT TO. This guessing crap is not going to get it. This is what the PAIR SYSTEM AND VALVE COVER SHOULD LOOK LIKE. The hose from the PAIR SYSTEM IS ON THE BOTTOM of the VALVE COVER at near the top of the VALVE COVER should be a PCV VALVE with a hose for it to BREATH.
