These are the hoses #2 Are you telling me the BOTH VACCUM PORTS from the INTAKE MANIFOLD connect to each OTHER?

Look at the RED I OUTLINED that is good but the other VACUUM PORT and the EXTRA THING ON THE CARB WHAT IS THAT? The carb should have a ACV valve on the side of it by the throttle cable It looks like a saucer. THAT IS THE ONLY VACUUM THAT SHOULD BE ON THE CARB.

Yes..ultimately they both are attached to each other via 'y' plugs... The one hose goes into carb by throttle cable...

Here is where hose attached to carb THAT IS GOOD that is your ACV VALVE (NO OTHER VACUUM SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO CARB.

So..if I keep the line you did in red...what about second hose coming from intake If the SECOND hose coming from the intake is connected as you showed on the diagram that is wrong. Now Let me tell you the PAIR SYSTEM CANISTER NEEDS VACUUM so the second hose on the intake should OPERATE the canister for the PAIR SYSTEM. YOU NEED TO FOLLOW the HOSE CONNECTED to the PAIR SYSTEM VALVE follow it back and it should go to a CANISTER THAT CANISTER NEEDS VACUUM.

So it is always open no canister no vacuum needed. You must of bought this from someone that rigged all this stuff up (HAHA).
Ok so both vacuum ports from the intake go to the carb and petcock and that is it RIGHT? If so then you can leave that as is overkill of hoses but it is not doing any damage.
Now there should be another hose on the VALVE COVER which is a VENT I am guessing that is going to the airbox on one of the connectors. So all OTHER OPEN CONNECTORS ON THE AIR BOX PLUG THEM UP and fix the crank tubing.
