2012 Adventure led headlight/horn/losing power going up hill

I just bought an used 2012 Adventure I just replaced a fuse yesterday and I know I blew an headlight one of the big halogen ones. That's an easy fix my problems are as listed.
1.Horn no longer works
2.LED headlights don't work
3.When I go up hills it slows down I believe it has a 150cc boar kit in it so it should have no problem going up hills my last bike only had an 80cc in it and had no problem claiming hills. Thinking maybe spark plug also I do notice the idle goes up and down and have to give it a little gas when starting it
Any suggestions?
