At that the time I didn't know where it was coming from. I did look again but they wouldn't get here any faster plus I'm pretty much broke till Friday. I even tried to find one that comes stock with the airfilter and airfilter box

GREAT!! Good battery, good starter and it is cranking the motor over. NOW I have a question the BOOT CAP looks like it is not pushed in all the way on the SPARK PLUG!! OR does the plug stick out that much from the head of the motor. Take the BOOT CAP OFF the plug and get a picture of the plug sticking out.
TO ME you are not getting SPARK and or fuel. If you were getting fuel and spark it would have at LEAST ATTEMPTED TO START.
QUESTION?? When you turn the key on and squeeze the brakes and push the start button DOES IT CRANK OVER LIKE YOU JUST DID??

Great your electric start is working just fine. Yea, the boot cap on the plug looks like it is sticking out to far so maybe it is not on all the way and is why the plug is not firing.

Check the two wires on back of the COIL also you may have them crossed if no spark, try switching the wires on the COIL and then for spark.

Just a wire attached to the motor and then attached to the frame. Usually it is on one of the bolts of the VALVE COVER. See the GREEN WIRES: ALSO MAKE SURE THE KILLSWITCH is on the RUN POSITION
