My first issue is it will not idle properly. Before I installed this big bore kit, it was having the same idling problem. Before the big bore kit, it also was very slow off the line and I literally have to push it like a skateboard until it has alittle momentum like if it starts in second gear or something. This is essentially why I got the big bore kit. I have not installed the new 8g rollers yet that came with the kit so hopefully that will fix it all of this. I tried all of the jets that were included in the kit #85, #90, #95 and they all seem to function the same. I asked the seller which jet I should use for South Florida and they said #95 so I tried it first and it could not stay on without giving alittle throttle even with the idle screw screwed all the way in and just about the same exact with both other jet sizes. I have not driven it but it starts up like a beast and revs properly and seems like it has proper compression and seems like it will drive good. I cannot let go of the throttle or it will die with all 3 jets. I have the idle screw screwed all the way in with the needle setting at the very top. Now, I did not have a feeler guage where .004 was suggested when mounting the rockers and I think mine might be off by quite a bit but it sounds fine when I rev but I don't know the difference. I didn't have the feeler guage and now that I think about it, they might be a bit loose. I apoligize and my instruction was from youtube and this is my first 4 stroke build so im wondering if that would even cause these idle symptoms? Or what symptoms would I get for the rockers in bad positions? Hopefully my timing is right but that too might be a tad bit off. My other concern is the kit included some kind of plastic gear with mount which I have no clue where it goes and also some of the extra gaskets I have no clue what they belong. all pictured below with picture of my scooter and kit I installed. On to rollers and that part. Thanks

There's a air/fuel mixture screw on the side of your carb,,,check our library on how to remove the sheet metal anti tamper cap then screw it all the way in and then back it out 2 1/2 turns

Well I just got back from my first test ride and it has tons of low end torque but cant get past 25. The more I try the more I cant get past 20 after a couple minutes and the high end torque gets worse. I have a #85 jet in it right now and still wont idle and dies and the seller said to use #95 but when I tried it, I could not idle properly so I thought it was too rich so I went down to #85 and it still wont idle properly. Someone please let me know what # jet I should use for South Florida where I believe the altitude is 10ft near me in Hollywood FLorida. Seller said the jet that came pre installed with the carb is #80. I wonder if thats the one I need. He said #95. I havent tried #80 though. Thanks
Cyborg- I looked for the instructions but did not find. Link?

The main jet has nothing at all to do with the idle. You need to do some reading up on how a carburetor works.

I switched back to #95 jet as seller suggested, moved the needle to second notch. Adjusted a couple screws as suggested. Now just waiting for battery to charge and then for a test ride.

my battery has been giving me problems so I had to recharge it and have not tested it but will take it for a test ride shortly. I started it and fixed the idle issue its been having. I didn't realize it was the screw near the throttle cable because im new to scooters from 2 stroke motorized bicycles where those carbs dont have nearly as many tuning options. I thought it was the air mixture screw and now that one might be off. Please share any insight for that screw and how to know where it should be. Thanks

Go to our library and do some reading. There are tutorials on tuning your carb. The pilot jet and air/fuel are pointed out and the adjustments. You will probably have to drill out the cap on the screw.

I just rode for about an hour and it is still not riding very well at all. It can get to 30 mph but it struggles to get there, especially at mid torque and high end torque and 20 mph struggling over a bridge. It has the 100cc big bore kit, performance carb, performance exhaust, performance CDI & Coil, performance variator and all and is slower than before. The idling is much better but not perfect yet as well as the take off speed is much better. Im quickly learning but new to 4 strokes from 2 stroke motorized bicycles. Overall, it feels rich during mid and high end torque and kinda boggs/sputters but not very badly. Included were 4 jets #80, 85, 90, 95 and I have #95 in it which is what the seller recommended. Does this have to do with the air mixture? Jet? Something else? Suggestions?
Thanks!

If you have not set your air mixture screw you are wrong your time with everything.
