I need to rebuild the front end of the df50tka trike all 4 of the steering links with the bearings in them are shot they look
like a twisted figure 8. I cant find anyone that sells them or what they are even called.
Any help would be a appreciated.

The tie rods (the actual steering links or the suspension arms)/ probably all if I'm not mistaken

Good morning,,,do you have access to or have a shop?,,vice or press?,,,if so I'm sure that bearings are available with both the inside and outside measurements ,,,press out the old press in the new,,,also try Jim at rapid repair,,,or parts for scooters,,,if they don't carry the links they may be able to tell you where you can get them

I had to machine the top of the link to press out the bearings. the bearing are pressed in then the bearing are swedged in with a fold over to keep them in. once you remove the fold over there is nothing to keep them in. I believe they are meant to be replaced and not rebuilt.

If you look close at the picture one side is flat that's what the bearing rest against and the top rounded side is the fold over side to keep them in.

The only solution would be to tap a set screw in to hold the bearing but before that i will still keep looking.
