Hi 
I just bought a Roketa MC 54 250 and my running lights will not work .. but my break and high beams do .. I followed all wires and made sure secure .. Can anyone give me ideals on what to check next ? 

 so no headlights or tail lights ..  when running ..

Check for power with a volt/ohmmeter in the wires to to headlight and tail light. Also don't discount bad bulbs. Even if they look okay check for continuity through the bulb.
