I have a 150 Heritage Scooter that I just bought. It only has 8 miles on it. It is making a rubbing or grinding noise in the front. My husband checked it out and nothing was found? He checked the brake to see if it was sticking, checked to see if the tire was rubbing against something. Took off front panel to see if anything was caught. Checked from front to mid section. He is at a loss? He doesn't know why it is making this noise? But, it sounds like something is rubbing against something? I'm not sure. If anybody has any ideas on what this is, please let me know!
Thanks!

Dry speedometer cable? Make sure the speedometer cable isn't caught on something.
