Thanks guys. I put the old pilot jet back in. My main jet is a 115. I have a 125 but I think that may be too much. I am trying to get control of the bogging but I just cant seem to get it done. I think it may be time for a professional. I have checked all vacuum hoses, the gasket, ring and manifold and have tried all suggestions about fiddling with the needle, clip and air/fuel mixture. I dont know what else to do....argh!

Don't give up, Do this first, When you are riding and twisting the throttl and it stumbles, bogs BACK off a little on the Throttle and HOLD IT THERE: a. If it Speeds up or Settles Down your LEAN. b. If it Stumbles,Bogs and then Settles Down your RICH. This method is very accurate to determine what the condition is Rich or Lean.
Then knowing this a quicker solution can be determined.
Have you tried the Lowering the Needle Clip all the way down or just one slot? If lowering it to the bottom grove makes an improvement then you need a little bigger Main Jet. If you already have a 125 give it a shot, at this point you have nothing to lose, If it BOGS really bad then you know its to Rich.
A shop is going to charge you quite a bit because they are going to have to do the same thing. Its all trial and error. With what they are going to charge you , you could buy three new carbs. Alleyoop
