I purchased a Brand NEW Jonway yy250t from them.
I even small issues were a pain to work with. Ok When I first got my scooter it had a bad spring in the Right master cylinder. Call them up they replace as should be 0 use out of the create bad. Well they sent a USED Beatup POS master. I salvaged the spring out of it that I needed the rest was so corroded it was worthless.
Ok now on to the big problem. So my scooter supposedly has a 1 year waranty on the motor PARTS only. So give them a call my motor had a knock then the knock ended with a clunk and no power. So to take care of the problem it is up to me to tear motor apart find bad bearing that has wore the piston. So motor needs new crank assembly, piston and gasket set. send them pictures of the problem then dont hear from them for a week when I call the guy says NO Problem will fix you up I have a NEW motor sitting here I just took the Magneato out of it so all you will have to do is put your magneato into it and you should be up and running. Wait another week still not thing call say sorry I have to do a bit more but will have it out to you tomorrow. Which he did but then I get the motor that Friday. The so called new motor is JUNK the motor was all tore apart Not only is the Magneto missing but they pulled the flywheel the variator, clutch assembly Ok that part ok No biggie. But the KICKER they pulled the guts out of the transfer case. Not only that the motor is not even the correct motor for my scooter. The motor is so dirty has sludge in main case and all of the water line areas are so corroded up that I am betting the inside of the engine would look just as bad. So contact them guy is like what are you complaining about ITS A NEW MOTOR it only has 400 miles on it. I am still confused last I knew NEW MEANT UNUSED. Guess I need to go back to school and relearn the meaning. Oh and I almost forgot the crank shaft for them to get off the fly wheel they beat the crank up so bad I dont think I could get the nut on to hold the fly wheel on.
I will never buy from them again. Also they run Iscooter.com also which is parts I would stay clear at all costs.

Sorry to hear this Damin. I saw the pictures from the other post and "yes" it was anything but "new". I won't be getting parts from them even if they have em for cheaper. I think some of these dealers think they are operating in China, thank goodness not everyone's like that. You should contact the BBB and whatever Consumer Affairs Division of the state EVO is registered at. You have every right to cause a sink, loudly at that. Someone should start a sticky with companies our members have had problems with....kinda of caution list. Hope things get better....keep all of us informed.

I ordered my scooter from them in September of 2009. I had a broken brake switch out of the box that they wouldn't replace. Luckily I didn't have any other issues. I've basically rebuilt my scooter since then anyway.
