Actually I read somewhere that they were run out of California and are now in Nevada. Hiding in the desert I presume.

I wrote about these guys long time ago. I bought the PST150H Trikes from them back in March of 2009. At that time it was owned by a "Young thinking he was a hot shot" 31 year old guy. They would not send me the Trikes or Refund my money so I first tried the Attorney General here in Illionois and CA as well as the BBB here and CA. I printed out EVERY single page of their website and sent it to them, sent all the emails, and list of number of telephone calls, the names of the people I had talked to and at that time they even had the pictures of the people on their website.
They sent my complain to them and they did not respond. So the Attorney Generals & BBBs sent me letters stateing so and to get Legal Advice. So I had to get my Lawyer file a notice of intent notifying them that we were sueing them for fraud unless the Trikes were sent or the money refunded. One week later I had a Tracking Number, now mind you this was now the last week of June. The second week of July he closed and the guy had all the products in his house and yard. At that time they were in Clovis Ca as a matter of fact the pictures on the current website are the same he had back in 2009. The Clovis Police notified my lawyer, that they were closed, they did not yet know that I had already received the Trikes. But they told my lawyer that they passed by his house and saw all the scoots,atvs etc in the yard and in his house.

I can go on what I went through but you get the jist. Just as an example they had caller Id and if I called from my house they would not pick up. Then I used my car phone until they put that on the no answer list. So I had to use my friends phones to get someone to pick up, when they did pick up and found it was me they were really surprised. But they just blew me off with some excuse or yes you are on the list for a refund, or the owner is not in and he is the onlyone that can authorize a refund etc..

STAY AWAY FROM THEM, Got to say they have one of the best websites though a lot of lies but man reading all that stuff you would think they are the greatest outfit to buy from.
