Glad you got the noise fixed... however, I would be concerned about the smoke on a cold engine...
What colour is the smoke? If it is blue or white you have oil burning...black it is running very rich...

Smoke is white.
I have a clue that my intake valve isn't hermetic because when I gently turn the flywheel it slowly moves and in ~10sec piston gets to the top. Carb has some black dust on it's sides and i don't think it's oil.
Today I cleaned my carb and checked jet size, it's 81 (at least it's written so). And one more thing: My scoot goes faster when I bend my air filter tube (limit the air passing to the engine). I think this means that I'm running too lean.

Yes, you are running lean. Restricting the air flow makes the engine richer (more fuel). Has the same effect as choking it...
Try changing the throttle needle in the top of the carb. By raising it with a washer it will make the engine richer across the entire acceleration range. For washers try one from an aluminum pop-rivet. You can get a packet of 25 for a buck or two...
