Hi all new to the site, read many post and love it thanks, Im having a problem with my Roketa 250cc 54b scooter, the 15a fuse attached to the battery keeps blowing out, It seems when I hit the rear brake and give it gas it blows. Trying to practice my off set cone weave, this makes it impossible. Anyone have any ideas?

Welcome to Scooter Doc, brian15295. It sounds like you have an intermittent short. The question is where? When applying the throttle, the engine and rear suspension will shift slightly in response to the added torque of the engine. It sounds like you should be looking at the wiring next to the engine and rear suspension components. You might even be able to duplicate this problem while braking under bumpy conditions. Good luck.

Brian, did you ever fix your problem? I'm having the exact same problem with my Lance Duke 250 after it took a hard fall. Was a wire simply loose? Was a wire touching metal. Was a wire "gasket" bad?
