Your carb should be similiar to the picture above and on the Right Side you should see the IDLE SPEED SCREW it is the one with the SPRING on it, turning it Clockwise Raises the Idle and Counter Clockwise Lowers the Idle.
If you have the TYPE of carb that has the throttle cable going into the TOP of the Carb then your IDLE SPEED SCREW is the SCREW in the CENTER of the CARB on the LEFT SIDE. Turning that screw in Clockwise will raise the Slide up and your Idle will go up Turning it Counter Clockwise lowers the Slide and your idle will go down.
