How do I perform the proper engine maintenance on this model scooter?
Change oil- When? How? Oil Filter?
Air Filter/Air Filter Chip?
Anything else?

Why, I'm sure the dealer where you purchased the scoot would be more than happy to go over all of this, in detail. Or maybe it's in that owners manual "thingy".
