Just wanted to say how much this site cares. The last time I asked PJ how much I needed to match the amount was ZERO! So all I have to say is AIDE TALKS, B S WALKS!!!
Keep buying pin striping, $3.00 coffees, $1.00 bottles of water, and other crap that is so important to your everyday life! That's the American way of life, RIGHT!

I personally want to thank for all the help my scooter peeps are doing for me, everything helps no matter how little or how big its the thought that counts. Alley thanks for the order i'm looking forward to it when it comes. If anything I've learned patience is a virtue through this ordeal. M/C thanks for the help for all the materials you've sent me and what your up to(heaven know's) that I'll expect in the mail just as what others have sent to. yall have a good week ahead PJ

hey what happened to MC?,he hasn't posted for 10 freakin days.
..and btw PJ, how are your two sons taking the situation? do you still see them?do they help you in any way, like bring you to the dialysis center or something?

Hey guys I'm ok Luke my kids are fine the oldest's girfriend jus had there baby its a girl all is well with them he doesn't have time for me with the baby. the other two well you know how high school is sports and all so it keeps them busy They worry but I told them to live there own lives and not to worry with me. What happens happens and besides I can't wait to see him off to the Air Force next fall. The youngest is having a time in school so I've left him alone. None of them need to help but we stay in contact. Thanks again for the the help. talk soon PJ

We can't judge other peoples' situation in life when they're asked to help. If they're not comfortable with giving we have to understand it's a personal decision based on numerous factors in their lives. I discussed starting theses threads with M/C and PJ beforehand and I knew some road bumps might be ahead. Since I know PJ and his situation I'd felt we could break from forum conventional wisdom and mention donations. I authorized all of this, it was my decision, I knew the pitfalls involved. Inevitably, the folks asking for donations start to wonder why nobody cares, and members can understandably think they're being leaned on. I'll bump this thread up for a couple more weeks so everyone that feels that they can contribute gets a chance to. Then I think it'll be time to move on from asking for donations. Let's not have any hard feelings, we gave it a go and those that feel they can help out will get achance to. Forums deal with the complex interplay of humans, it's understandable that there will be some scrapes and bruises. Shoot, it happens just talking about scooters! Rich |
