Good luck Remember hold the throttle just a Little open cause we do not know where the IDLE IS SET. IF it starts and it is really high let go of the throttle and turn the IDLE SPEED screw COUNTER CLOCKWISE a little to lower it. Be carefull be ready to hold the brake or hit the kill switch if it is to high. Alley

Forgot to video tape. LoL. It didnt even turn over for a little bit like before. Just tried to turn over, still sounding healthy like the very first video but that was it. The idle screw was all the way clockwise / open. I messed with it a bit but still didnt start. Should I try turning the AF screw more counter clockwise? try new spark? or try something else? Thanks!

Where you're putting the gas is probably not the best place 'cause at that point it's suppoed to be a mist. If you fill the cylinder with fuel it can't fully compress it needs to have at least some air with the fuel.

hmmm thats a good point. maybe i should put the gas where i used to when the scooter died on the side of the road. ( in the hose just below the fuel filter) ive gotta clip a ziptie to get to it.

Did you try putting in gas HALF of what you put in before? Do you remember HOW MANY TURNS it took to close the A/F mixture when you just did it? 2 to 21/2 turns Counter Clockwise should allow plenty of gas for it to start. USE YOUR FINGERS TO Turn the IDLE SPEED SCREW COUNTER CLOCKWISE until it feels loose then slowly turn it CLOCKWISE real easy with your fingers you will feel it get hard from there turn it 1 full turn more. You also need to check the oil to make sure all that fuel isn't mixed in with the oil.

Raford - the fuel can get into the oil compartment? Crap, where I put gas before (below the the fuel filter into that hose) if I unhook that the gas will start pouring out ( i didnt have that problem with the petcock since it wouldnt deliver the gas at all )
Did you try putting in gas HALF of what you put in before? -------------> I didnt put any more in. I was smelling gas last time I started it so worried its flooded.
Do you remember HOW MANY TURNS it took to close the A/F mixture when you just did it? 2 to 21/2 turns Counter Clockwise should allow plenty of gas for it to start. -----------> to close it i had to turn it like 12 turns. I was starting to think the something was wrong with the screw and it would just keep going forever in each direction. Once it stopped going clockwise i turned it back 2 full turns.
USE YOUR FINGERS TO Turn the IDLE SPEED SCREW COUNTER CLOCKWISE until it feels loose then slowly turn it CLOCKWISE real easy with your fingers you will feel it get hard from there turn it 1 full turn more. ---------> i have to use the screw driver. This carb doesnt have one of those easy turn screw nobs. But i can try to feel for it. Alley

If all else fails I'd try taking the air filter off completely and putting the fuel in the air intake to the carb. It won't run like that but it'll probably start and idle. It needs the vacuum created by the air filter resistance to run.

When you fill too much raw gas in the cylinder and the piston comes up to compress the what should be air/fuel mix and it's all fuel somethings gotta give. Liquid doesn't compress.

I opened it and as I opened the valve for the fuel flow it looked the same in the fliter ( like it wasnt flowing down ) I was tapping it and moving it a bit to try to get it to flow from the tank but it looked the same in the filter. Hmmm I have a little gas in a bottle maybe if i pour some in it will get it flowing down a little better.

Let me ask this, Now before you had a Vacuum operated PETCOCK. Now you have a Shut Off Valve. DID YOU PLUG UP the Vacuum line that was going to the ORGINAL? There should be no VACUUM LINES OPEN. Alley

Yes. I put a vac cap cover on the vac line nipple that comes out of the intake manifold ( where the old vacline to the petcock went). I added a little gas to the tank to see if it would get things moving a little. I tried to start it, revs healthy but no turn over.
